Full credit card data is not stored by Oryon Inspection. Payment processing is securely handled by Stripe.
2.4 App Usage Data
- Feature interaction history and general app usage metrics
- User settings and preferences
- Technical logs such as device model, operating system, IP address, and browser
2.5 Location Data
- Property location information as entered by the user during inspections (via address or ZIP code)
- We do not collect real-time geolocation from the user
3. Purpose of Data Processing
Data is processed for the following purposes:
- To enable full functionality of the property inspection workflow
- To generate technical reports and PDF documents
- To provide organized history and access to inspection data
- To manage accounts and subscription plans
- To provide technical support and platform improvements

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Some features use artificial intelligence to assist in generating observations, item descriptions, or suggestions during inspections.
- AI analyzes only the data provided by the user to generate useful insights.
- Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming AI-generated suggestions before including them in reports.
- No data processed by AI is used to train external or public models.
5. Digital Signatures and User Responsibility
The platform allows the generation and collection of digital signatures associated with inspection reports and related documents.
- The administrator (account owner) is responsible for choosing who receives signature links.
- Any simulation, forgery, or unauthorized signing of documents is strictly prohibited.
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring the authenticity of signatures and for correctly identifying signatories.
- Oryon Inspection is not liable for any improper use, false representation, or disputes arising from signatures managed directly by the user or their team.
6. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored in cloud servers located in the United States (Firebase / Google Cloud). We apply security best practices and access controls to protect user information.
- Advanced database security rules and access restrictions are implemented.
- All communication with the platform is encrypted via HTTPS.
- Access to data is limited to authenticated and authorized users only.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or disclose user data to third parties, except in the following situations:
- When required for payment processing (Stripe).
- When data is shared directly by the user (e.g., reports or documents).
- When required by law, court order, or applicable regulation.
8. Data Retention
Data remains stored for as long as the account is active. If the user requests account deletion, all associated data will be permanently deleted, unless retention is legally required.
9. User Rights
Users may, at any time:
- Request access to their stored data.
- Correct or update account and operational information.
- Request full account and data deletion.
- Request clarification regarding how their data is processed.
Requests can be made via email or through the in-app support channel made available by Oryon Inspection.

Data is processed based on the following legal grounds:
- User consent.
- Contractual obligation related to the provision of the service.
- Legitimate interest in improving security, performance, and usability.
